Booking and Deposit

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your chosen package. 

Remaining fee is to be paid on the say of first consultation.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend the appointment, may result in the full consultation fee being charged.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I aim to be as fair as possible. However as I hope you can understand, late cancellations and missed appointments limit availability for other clients, so I kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
